Job Description

Citi, a global bank with a rich history, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Internal Audit team as an Audit Manager - Risk and Control Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research.

Job Responsibilities

The Audit Manager - Risk and Control Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conducting audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful audit outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in auditing or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in a field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Related certifications, such as CPA or CIA, are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to complex problems.
