About the Role

Mizuho Bank, Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President to join our Operations Planning Section. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational support and administration to our departments, promoting operation and system projects, and establishing business continuity plans to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform AML checking of both incoming and outgoing Swift Hit messages in ISCS-AML.
  • Handle Provisional Voucher Settlement, Issuance of Certificate of Balance and Confirmation Letter, Re-issuance of A/C Statement and Debit/Credit Advice and Audit Confirmation, etc.
  • Provide operational support in the branch, whenever necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of back office operations in the Banking industry with exposure in AML checking.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
