Job Title: Insurance Claims Coordinator

Talent Pro Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Claims Coordinator to assist with the pre-authorization process for medical claims.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims processing and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the evaluation and improvement of the pre-authorization process to ensure adherence to policy guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, healthcare providers, and clients to resolve issues related to pre-authorization requests.
  • Provide support with the analysis and reporting of pre-authorization metrics, team performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process enhancements to streamline pre-authorization workflows and reduce turnaround times.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Work with relevant departments to address any discrepancies or challenges in the pre-authorization process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in insurance claims processing, with a focus in pre-authorization and medical claim management.
  • Degree holder, ideally with LOMA certification or insurance/healthcare related qualifications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
