Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers
Verify fixes and ensure that identified issues have been resolved satisfactorily, maintaining high standards of quality assurance
Implement and refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality standards

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices, with the ability to mentor and guide team members
Experience in leading QA teams and managing testing projects with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
