  • You will conduct requirements elicitation, collection, and validation activities using various techniques such as user interviews, requirement workshops, document analysis, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
  • You will work closely with the product owner to manage the backlog, story refinement, sprint planning, and other agile activities to support the delivery of our products.
  • You will identify business opportunities for efficiency improvements in business operations and processes by leveraging data analytics.
  • You will assess, evaluate, and communicate potential software solutions to stakeholders and ensure that the solution design meets desired business objectives.
  • You will assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting project-related activities along the entire software development life cycle.
  • You will communicate changes to impacted business users of different departments, including planning and managing changes in processes, operations, and systems.
  • You will lead and manage testers to perform User Acceptance Testing for software solution projects.
  • You will perform business analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • You will prepare and maintain knowledge bases, system/application-related documentation, training materials, and operation manuals.
  • You will develop training programs and communication plans to improve user adoption and effectiveness of relevant solutions and systems.
