Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering project management services to customers, including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management, and progress reporting.
You will also manage resource planning, allocation, cost control, and ensure that project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
In addition, you will provide presales support, prepare relevant documents for tender bidding, and collaborate with internal teams to define service delivery strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet client needs and business goals.
You will conduct regular performance reviews, evaluations, and audits to assess service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with minimum 3 years' working experience and 2 years in project management of IT projects. Solid experience in managing large-scale projects with network service and managed service project experience is preferred.
Candidates with professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Agile, or CCNA certified will be considered an advantage.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership, innovation, and adaptability to meet the company's business needs.
Requirements- Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' working experience and 2 years in project management of IT projects
- Solid experience in managing large-scale projects with network service & managed service project experience is preferred
- Holder of professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Agile or CCNA certified will be an advantage
The salary for this position is estimated to be between HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per month, depending on experience.
