Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary

This role involves supporting recruitment for a pivotal business unit in Hong Kong. You will collaborate closely with line managers to craft and execute strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop hiring strategies for recruitment openings and manage the recruitment life cycle.
  • Nurture great networks with past applicants and potential hires.
  • Creatively develop and expand existing recruitment channels.
  • Work closely with line managers to grasp full-scale understanding of hiring needs.
  • Handle and ensure approvals, reports, and related paperwork is completed and accurate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Solid experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
  • Familiar with tracking and analyzing data and recruitment metrics.
  • Proficient in building databases to connect with potential candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Experience in IT or technology-related industries preferred.
