We are seeking a Commercial Project Specialist to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently, assisting in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) facilities in the West Kowloon Cultural District, and summarizing, reviewing and analysing income performance.

A recognized university degree in real estate, business management or related disciplines, and a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience are required. Previous exposure to the arts and cultural environment, visitor experience or tourism sector, experience in leasing or marketing commercial projects in property developers will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in computer applications in MS Office. Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin will also be an asset.

In this role, you will provide leasing administration support to the team, assist the senior of the team in drafting briefs and preparing documents and materials for leasing and marketing purposes, conduct market research and analyse market trends and compile various reports, and perform ad hoc and special projects as requested.
