About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ecommerce operations services, ensuring smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations in various local markets, and driving profits.

As an Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to achieve key sales, margin, member acquisition, conversion, and online traffic targets. You will also be responsible for implementing end-to-end business processes and partnering with local market operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality executions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong logical mind, excellent analytical skills, and experience in retail or ecommerce industries. They will also be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

About the Job Description
  • eCommerce Operations Services Specialist
    • Degree in e-Commerce, Information System, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines is preferred
    • Have good sound knowledge in e-Commerce/3rd party e-Marketplace, mobile, multi-channel and/or digital system integration
    • Have strong logical mind with data manipulation skill like Excel/SQL tools
    • Strong problem solving, analytical skill and patience with a demonstrate high attention to detail. Driven by a desire to make improvements
    • Organizational skills with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines, prioritize workload, flexible, adaptable and has ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Passionate in Digital or E-commerce trend
    • Proactive team player, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to be team player and independent contributor
    • Possess knowledge and experience on eCommerce systems, ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), 3PL Logistics System is a definite advantage
    • Some travel may be required
    • At least 3 years of experience in retail or eCommerce industry (less industry experience will also be considered)
    • Work in an international environment, being in contact with several Asia markets
    • The initiative to complete assignments on time with minimal supervision
    • Working hours: normal weekdays working hours + ad hoc system services support as per online mega campaign period in each month
  • Senior Digital Business Specialist – Delivery & Release
    • Detail-minded, self-motivated and proactive
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, English & Chinese
    • Has working experience in retail industry is a plus
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
