Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring garment trims and packaging products from reliable suppliers, managing inventory levels, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

About You:

  • You will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or order processing in the trading or manufacturing industry.
  • You should possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and communicate effectively with clients.
  • You will work closely with our Sales, Development, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • No travel is required for this role, and you will enjoy a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) with 12 days of annual leave.
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $20K-$25K per annum, medical and dental insurance, and a friendly work culture that values work-life balance.
