Job Description

We are seeking an Editorial Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist our editorial team in editing and proofreading print and digital materials for Primary Science and Humanities subjects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting tasks for publications, ensuring high-quality work that meets our editorial standards. They will also be expected to meet project deadlines and collaborate with production teams on publishing and multimedia productions.

Requirements

  • University major in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, Language, English Studies, Social Science or related subject
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, content creation, educational publishing, teaching experience
  • Familiarity with local curriculum is an asset
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Typing
  • Ability to take on responsibility and work independently
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Candidate with relevant experience in textbook editing/educational publishing/teaching preferred
