As a key member of our Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our aircraft maintenance manuals and technical publications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to the Technical Publication and Technical Record teams
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement new systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage budgets and report to the Manager, Planning on any issues
  • Maintain close liaison with various stakeholders, including HKCAD, MRO, OEM, and other divisions
  • Ensure aircraft manufacturers' manuals are properly installed and updated
  • Administer access to aircraft manufacturers' websites and M&E manuals for staff
  • Manage the M&E Technical Publication, including the E-Library and distribution of internal documents
  • Review and evaluate services provider acknowledgments and distribute OEM documents
  • Update and distribute regulatory documents to achieve compliance
  • Upload and activate AMM and IPC data in MIS
  • Perform monthly sample checks and acknowledge monitoring for AD & OEM document receiving
  • Manage OEM documents and technical data in MIS

Requirements

  • Degree or above qualification in Aircraft Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of related working experience in the aviation industry, including at least one year of technical publication experience
  • Good interpersonal skills to build constructive working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to plan and execute daily activities and assigned tasks with guidance
