Job Description

AIG is a global leader in commercial and personal insurance solutions, offering a unique opportunity to join our Claims Team as an Express Claims Examiner. This role involves utilizing investigation claims handling and settlement techniques to achieve cost-effective and timely closure results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise in claims handling and settlement techniques to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely processing and closure of claims
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the life of the claim by meeting service level agreements and responding to inquiries according to company policy and procedures
  • Maintain accurate system data and documentation by collecting, recording, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Determine and set appropriate reserves within authority levels
  • Identify subrogation opportunities and fraud potential and make referrals
Requirements:
  • 1-year insurance work experience or recent graduate preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Desk Management, phone etiquette, time management, and dealing with difficult customers
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer proficiency
  • Professional insurance qualification advantageous

$58,000 - $65,000 per annum (HKD)
