We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Academic Editor to join our team at Educational Publishing House, Limited in Tsuen Wan. As a key member of our editorial team, you will play a critical role in shaping the academic content of our publications.

Responsibilities

• Edit and Proofread Academic Content: Collaborate with our editorial team to edit and proofread print and e-materials for Primary Science and Humanities subjects, ensuring that our publications meet the highest academic standards.
• Drafting Tasks: Carry out drafting tasks for publications and produce high-quality work that meets our editorial standards.
• Meet Project Deadlines: Meet project deadlines and requirements while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Publishing and Multimedia Productions: Collaborate with production teams on publishing and multimedia productions to bring our educational content to life.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Hold a university major in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, Language, English Studies, Social Science, or a related subject.
• Experience: Proven experience in curriculum development, content creation, educational publishing, or teaching.
• Linguistic Skills: Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Typing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to take on responsibility and work independently, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in textbook editing, educational publishing, or teaching is preferred.
