The ideal candidate will have proficiency in application architecture, frameworks and standards, with a strong understanding of AI development lifecycle management, technologies and best practices.

They will also have hands-on experience in client-facing technical support, especially on infrastructure design, connectivity and cybersecurity, and knowledge and understanding of the GPU infrastructure and architecture will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and vendors, including infrastructure, network, information security, data centre operation, etc., to ensure smooth service delivery, and collect customer feedback on solutions and recommend enhancements based on their needs.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal technical and service teams to support solution design from a commercial & technical perspective, addressing technical inquiries and providing expert guidance to clients, and supporting the preparation of presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation to promote AI-related services.

The successful candidate will also conduct service support and training for relevant users, guiding customers through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of solutions, and provide expert advisory services to customers on optimal network and infrastructure design tailored to their requirements.

They will research, explore, and test new market solutions to enhance the existing service offerings, and build a comprehensive knowledge base for internal and customer reference, and be responsible for the technical assessment of AI Subsidy Scheme applications.

Finally, the successful candidate will provide support for ad hoc tasks as required.

  • 6+ years proven experience as an AI application specialist, AI infrastructure, pre-sales engineer or similar role.">
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer engineering, information and communication technology, AI and data science, software engineering or related fields.">
  • Proficiency in application architecture, frameworks and standards, with a strong understanding of AI development lifecycle management, technologies and best practices.">
