Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop commercial and technical solution designs.
  2. Provide expert guidance to clients on AI service provision and address technical inquiries.
  3. Support the preparation of presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation to promote AI-related services.
  4. Conduct service support and training for relevant users, guiding customers through the onboarding process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  6. Collect customer feedback and recommend enhancements based on their needs.
  7. Provide expert advisory services on optimal network and infrastructure design.
  8. Research and test new market solutions to enhance existing service offerings.
  9. Responsible for the technical assessment of AI Subsidy Scheme applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years proven experience in AI application specialist, AI infrastructure, pre-sales engineer or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer engineering, information and communication technology, AI and data science, software engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in application architecture, frameworks and standards, with a strong understanding of AI development lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience in client-facing technical support, especially on infrastructure design, connectivity and cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, R and CUDA is required.
