Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of talent development functions, including in-house training, external training classes, and e-learning platforms.
  • This includes identifying training needs, formulating annual and monthly training plans, and implementing learning and development strategies to meet business needs and development goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and review various training initiatives to enhance employees' competencies.
  • Partner with HRBP and business leaders to implement employee engagement strategies, such as succession planning, team building, etc.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by designing and facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Source external training, development, and assessment providers.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure proper maintenance of records, supplies, and training venue requirements.
  • Manage the annual training budget and prepare training bond agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or other related disciplines.
  • 10 years of working experience in learning and development or talent development field.
  • Knowledge of e-training platforms and people development tools will be an advantage.
  • Presentable, energetic, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a must.
