We are looking for a highly skilled Organizational Learning Coach to join our team at JC Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance on the right course of action and partnering with business leaders to develop and implement learning and development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training and Development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on the right course of action for implementing training plans and delivering learning and development strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement learning and development strategies.
  • Identify learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom training, e-learning, and simulation.
  • Make recommendations to decision makers on the best course of action for implementing training plans and delivering learning and development strategies.
  • Maintain a good relationship with local universities/academic institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of Training and Development experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging staff from different levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
