  • As a Data Insights Analyst, you will provide L&H Client Managers with relevant market statistics and trends to support Client Strategy and drive sales funnel growth.
  • You will analyze and interpret results and create action plans in relation to client surveys.
  • You will prepare high-quality marketing materials and support RfPs/tender packs for Sales initiatives.

About the Team

The Sales Operations team is the driving force behind sales excellence at Crossell. Our mission is to enable L&H Market Units (MUs) in their market and client-related engagements to achieve financial goals.

  • Be the go-to partners for Client Managers (& MUs) in their day-to-day client-facing activities.
  • Leverage data and knowledge to bring market & client insights for targeted action at MUs.

About You

Professional/technical experience

  • Re/insurance knowledge and 3-5 years of experience in the industry; L&H specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in knowledge and overview of business applications.
  • Experience in driving marketing initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge in visual design in PowerPoint and other Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Language

  • Strong command of English is a must, fluency in local language is a plus.
