**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Ground Services Contract to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating with suppliers on airport and ground services related agreements, ensuring that the best value is achieved for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible terms;
- Evaluating supplier proposals and selecting suitable partners;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract approval;
- Preparing the ground handling cost budget and identifying potential risks and hazards;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as required;
- Overseas travel may be necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a university degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in ground services procurement. They will also need to have good negotiation and analytical skills, as well as strong logical thinking and organizational abilities.
A good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, as well as proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, are also essential.
