Job Summary

This role will report to the Head of Human Resources and serve as a trusted HR partner for leaders, managers, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide valuable consultation and drive key HR initiatives across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate closely with the HR team and department leaders to identify HR needs and create tailored solutions.
    • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
    • Assist in designing and executing talent management strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and negotiations.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide market insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Talent Management
    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and conducting performance reviews.
    • Develop succession planning and career development strategies.
    • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition, talent management, and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end global hiring for front and back office roles, including tech and non-tech positions in Finance or Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with talent management frameworks, including succession planning, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Actively contribute to the department's efforts to elevate Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Good understanding of learning and development principles is a plus.
  • Technically proficient in using various HR systems; skilled in analyzing people data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
