The role of Sourcing and Procurement Manager supports operational tasks related to global systems and vendor onboarding/offboarding processes in the APAC region. This position will be based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Align procurement processes and strategies with internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate favourable commercial terms with vendors
  • Assist internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process
  • Implement procurement-related projects and other ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide level 2 support for global procurement applications in APAC

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a global financial institution
  • Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese preferred
  • Solid IT category expertise a plus
