Job Summary

This role involves performing business operations to support Life and Corporate Solutions business. You will work on Employee Benefits and Pension, policy contract issuance, and document digitization processes to ensure compliance with internal & external standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Quality Control processes and coordinate with vendors to resolve digitalized documentation issues.
  • Review and reindex digital documents, monitor imaging systems, and manage related processes to uphold quality standards in digitalization.
  • Manage policy contract generation, production, and distribution, as well as delivery notifications to clients and agents, ensuring service level compliance.
  • Monitor document digitalization services for compliance with agreed Service Levels.
  • Oversee daily clerical team output, addressing any issues to maintain accuracy in deliverables.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.

Corporate Solutions Business

  • Address inquiries related to support functions and derive solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Manage correspondence with clients and brokers effectively.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of payments and consumption records.
  • Oversee stock management for printing materials required for binding, enveloping, and card embossing services.
  • Evaluate vendor performance in outsourcing services, ensuring alignment with Company standards and service levels.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform data analysis on daily reports.

Process Optimization and Support Services Management

  • Identify and streamline operations to eliminate unnecessary complexity, fostering improved workflows.
  • Assist teams in implementing new processes effectively.

Other Responsibilities

  • Review and revise standard operating procedures, providing recommendations for operational efficiency and customer experience enhancement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate verification and settlement of payments.
  • Conduct company deletion exercises in an organized and timely manner.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from diverse sources to generate comprehensive management reports.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to comply with company standards, guidelines, and requirements.

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of management experience in banking or retirement fund administration.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good PC skills in MS Office.
