**About the Role**

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced FinTech professional to join our team as a Senior FinTech Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative FinTech initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the financial sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. **FinTech Initiative Development**: Design, develop, and implement FinTech projects that enhance our clients' financial operations, including trade finance, digital currency, and cross-border DLT connectivity.
  2. **Business Analysis**: Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of our clients and stakeholders to ensure that our FinTech solutions meet their requirements.
  3. **Project Management**: Assist in managing scope, progress, cost, resources, and stakeholders' expectations to deliver projects within timeline and budget.
  4. **Vendor Management**: Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet targeted project timelines.
  5. **Reporting and Communication**: Provide project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  6. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the overall targets of the team.

**Requirements**

  1. **Education and Experience**: University education with over 10 years' experience in system development, preferably in the financial sector for Architect (FinTech); over 5 years' experience for Senior Specialist (FinTech).
  2. **Agile Development**: Familiar with Agile development methodologies and enthusiastic about learning new technologies.
  3. **Technical Skills**: Proficient in web-based API and FinTech development, with sound knowledge of Design Patterns and Domain Driven Design (DDD) a plus.
  4. **Communication Skills**: Good oral and written communication skills, with good technical writing skills.
  5. **Language Skills**: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
