Job Description:

Societe Generale is seeking a talented Exotics Cross Asset Middle Office Professional to join our team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on various products and activities across the region, exploring different areas within the Exotics Cross Asset Middle Office.

About the Role:

  • This 24-month contract will give you access to a diverse range of training materials to help you succeed, covering various aspects of businesses, including technical skills, leadership development, communication skills, client service, and relationship management.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the modeling of products and transactions into our information system is done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You will also work closely with front office and support functions to ensure proper control frameworks are in place to guarantee the exhaustiveness and quality of bookings, reducing operational risk.
  • In addition, you will coordinate with FO and support functions to follow up and push for resolution of production issues, push for automation, simplification, and convergence of processes, analyze impacts of new products, handle client requests, and assist relevant teams in performing the operational leg of all client-related tasks.
  • After gaining more knowledge, you can explore more different areas within the Exotics Cross Asset Middle Office and come up with more comprehensive solutions and enhance existing processes.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's or Graduate degree holder is preferred, but graduates with some working experience gained from other sectors are also welcomed.
  • You should have good knowledge of capital market exotics products with cross-asset underlying (Equity, Commodity, FX, Rates).
  • Fluent English is essential, with other language skills being a plus.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively and interface with various internal partners and in different countries in Asia, Europe, America regions.
  • You should be able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of Python or VBA programming is an advantage.
