Role Overview:
The Trading Operation Manager plays a critical role in the success of JPC Texson Ltd's export trading business. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, sales teams, sales admin teams, and shipping teams to ensure efficient delivery of goods to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Admin team to ensure smooth processing of orders and documentation.
- Work closely with the Shipping team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and commodity agencies.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with relevant qualifications.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Proven track record in export trading, especially from China suppliers to overseas markets.
- Excellent knowledge of trading documents and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
