Job Opportunity: Officer - Service Delivery (Technical)

Hang Lung Properties is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Service Delivery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in residential buildings.
  • Manage and coordinate A&A and fit-out works to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance, support, and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Assist in budget control and financial management to ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building services, property, or facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
  • Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, and other relevant software.
