Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who can provide high-quality research analysis reports to clients in the Greater China Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing research articles and analysis reports, as well as performing a wide range of research functions such as collecting information, preparing materials about investment recommendations, and providing research support upon requests.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing the latest market news on various industries and equities markets within the region, performing strategy analysis, and drafting documentations and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare research analysis reports on the equities market to clients in the Greater China Region
  • Perform a wide range of research functions, including collecting information and preparing materials about investment recommendations
  • Provide the latest market news on various industries and equities markets within the region
  • Perform strategy analysis and draft documentations and presentations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Qualified CFA holder (a definite advantage)
  • Existing holder of Representative License under SFC regulated activities for Type 4
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in investment banking industry with experience in preparing research analysis reports

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with economic policy and business practice in mainland China
  • Knowledge of banking and insurance equities, especially China market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
