Essential Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an investment bank or financial institution.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  3. Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
