  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers to resolve their inquiries efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver multichannel customer service to both local and international clients, managing incoming calls, emails, online chats, and inquiries from various online platforms.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and proactive outbound calls to achieve sales targets and other business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer service standards.
  • Work on a rotational shift basis to maintain smooth operations and provide excellent services to customers.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a call centre, customer service, or teleservices in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various banking products and services.
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong Chinese typing speed.
  • Preferably hold SFC Type 1 & Type 4 licenses.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred.
