Faculty Position in Sports Science and Physical Education

Position Overview
Department: Department of Sports Science and Physical Education
This role necessitates a dedication to academic excellence, teaching proficiency, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to integrate various research areas within the Department.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a PhD in sports/exercise science, kinesiology, public health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of publications in reputable international journals.
- Experience in teaching courses and supervising research students.
- Background in program administration and/or development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Guide graduate students in their research endeavors.
- Contribute to publications in leading sports-related journals.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of educational programs.
The appointment will typically be on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years, which may, upon mutual agreement, transition into a longer-term position. For candidates with exceptional research and teaching credentials, there may be consideration for a permanent role at the outset. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with qualifications and experience.
