About This Role
We are seeking an A330 & A350 Simulator Instructor to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation and excellent communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Conducting training duties (Classroom, Simulator Sessions, etc.) related to delivering the relevant Type Rating.
- Assisting with the preparation of courseware and training materials, including theoretical examinations, to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring the progress of clients/students and, if required, developing action plans to assist clients/students who are not progressing to required standards.
- Promoting and supporting improvements and enhancements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials utilized by the ATO.
- Any other duties assigned by the Lead Instructor or HOT.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 1000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC) on a multi-crew jet transport.
- Hold/have held a CASA-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with a minimum ICAO English level 5.
- Previous experience in Airline/ATO training.
- Previous experience as a simulator Instructor/Type Rating Instructor.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
