Job Title: Associate Project Manager

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team at KLDiscovery. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all activities of the Project Management team. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards, within relevant timelines, at an acceptable cost and in line with overall company objectives, while meeting client requirements for deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management group with administrative tasks including billing, job tracking, scheduling, reporting and answers to client inquiries
  • Schedule and conduct project meetings to understand project goals, processes, timelines and expectations, documenting meeting minutes as required
  • Input requirements into work order tracking system including project revisions and updates throughout the project cycle
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client and management reports
  • Act as liaison with Operations to understand, communicate and provide administrative support for appropriate solutions for active client projects
  • Directly manage small, transaction based projects that only include receipt of media, simple processing and shipment of deliverables
  • Manage content and information on Project Management's knowledge base, FAQ and SharePoint documentation repositories

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese and good command of English
  • 1 years' work experience in project management, administrative or related role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills are critical to the success of this position
  • Client service-oriented attitude is required
  • Teamwork, attention to detail, positive attitude and self-motivation are also important attributes
