About the Role:

The Middle Corporates Relationship Manager is a key professional who plays a critical role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the client's needs and the ability to develop and execute customized solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deepen their engagement and loyalty
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and processes, as well as a track record of providing sound financial advice and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate multi-functional teams
  • Highly focused and able to rapidly identify key priorities and communicate them clearly

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
