Job Title: Portfolio Management Leader

Thakral One is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive digitization of portfolio borrowing and servicing journeys, increasing engagement and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to digitize portfolio borrowing and servicing journeys.
  • Lead the strategy, delivery, and commercialization of Borrowing and Servicing journeys to increase stickiness of products and drive top of wallet behavior.
  • Collaborate with Global and country teams, Technology teams, and Schemes to build new journeys and commercialize existing ones.
  • Review overall digital journeys in terms of customer experience and drive higher adoption.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects to develop and deliver best-in-class digital customer journeys.
  • Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of unsecured asset businesses.
  • Retail banking experience, familiarity with large bank environment.
  • Strategic leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear results orientation to transform the business.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, customer, and partner relationship skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to communicate complex subject matters in a simple, logical, and effective way.
  • Strong influencing skills navigating in matrixed environments.
