Key Responsibilities:
- Create sculptural and bespoke designs for luxury hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with our NCDA design philosophy.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their objectives and desires, translating these into innovative design solutions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs and expectations.
- Prepare compelling presentations, including 3D models, 2D layouts, mock-ups, and renderings, to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
- Develop detailed quotes for clients and manage the workflow to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed of industry trends and market developments to deliver the most relevant and cutting-edge design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in luxury hospitality design, with a proven track record of delivering high-caliber projects.
