Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business value and drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to junior analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of proof-of-concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology, industry, and relevant business domains.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 8 years of IT experience in Application Development area.
  • A degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline, Masters required.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging both logic and creativity.
  • Understanding of different cloud services like AWS, Azure and their architecture design.
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps and implementation of DevOps in large organizations.
  • Understanding of new technology such as AI, VR, IoT etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with automation technologies like Jenkins and container-based implementations and orchestration like Kubernetes, OpenShift.
