Your Role

As the Education Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education initiatives that align with our company goals and objectives.

You will work closely with our Programme Director and Strategic Education Director to ensure that all education-related activities are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new education initiatives for each cycle of the Redress Design Award.
  • Lead the execution of educational content for the Redress Academy platform.
  • Identify and manage competition judges.
  • Manage the calendar for all education-related deliverables.
  • Develop key relationships with university partners.
  • Lead live education events.
