Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Research Assistant and Postdoc to join our team. In this role, you will plan and conduct experiments in nanotechnology and materials science, recording and analyzing data. You will also write research papers, reports, and SOPs for the operation and manufacturing team, present experimental results systematically, and attend training courses and workshops for professional development. Additionally, you will prepare relevant documents and records for patent applications and standard compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments in nanotechnology and materials science.
  • Analyze and record data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Develop written content for research papers, reports, and SOPs.
  • Present findings to the team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
  • Prepare documentation for patent applications and standard compliance.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a background in Material Science, Physics, or a related field. Experience in planning and conducting experiments in nanotechnology and materials science is preferred. You should be proficient in data recording and analysis, able to present experimental results clearly, and committed to professional development through training courses and workshops. Familiarity with optical sensing systems and thin films deposition techniques is beneficial, as well as proficiency in optical simulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential.
