Job Description

At Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Personal Banking Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion one-stop personal banking services at Contact Centre, providing quality service to customers and grasping opportunities to cross-sell appropriately.
  • Serve as the day-to-day customer contact for any relevant issues on investment, insurance, and other banking products, offering after-sales service and support.
  • Identify and develop long-term customer relationships with existing and prospective customers, providing relevant products and services to meet their financial needs.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Possession of qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in retail banking services and products, including but not limited to insurance and investment products.
  • Strong ability to cope with fast-paced environments, excellent organizing and problem-solving techniques.
  • Customer-focused, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written communication, including Putonghua.
  • Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs.
  • May be required to work on-shift duties as needed.
