Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Programme Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing events and activities that foster networking among scholarship recipients, as well as implementing annual conferences and maintaining a scholarship recipients database.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement events and activities that promote networking among scholarship recipients
- Plan and execute annual conferences, including on-site responsibilities
- Maintain a scholarship recipients database and ensure its accuracy
- Act as a liaison point for scholarship recipients, universities, and Fung Group
- Prepare and update presentation materials for the scholarship program in both English and Chinese
- Collaborate with partnered universities to publicize the scholarship program on campus and in the public
Requirements
- University graduates with a degree in Cultural Studies, Communications, Social Sciences, marketing, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in event management, writing, and editing
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills (both oral and written, with a preference for Putonghua)
- Proficiency in PC operations (MS-based applications and Chinese Word Processing) and good IT skills (e.g., website management)
- Outward-going, creative, mature, and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to travel
