Our team is dedicated to enhancing the commercial success of long/short investment teams through targeted development programs. We aim to develop skills of investment professionals, focusing on areas such as analysis, communication, and teamwork. The primary development programs include:
- Developing and updating curriculum of best practices to promote continuous learning and improvement on the investment platform
- Undertaking project-based work in support of Head of Investment Professional Development and senior management
- Helping coordinate and support internal processes including analyst review sessions, coaching sessions, learning sessions, and more
- Building analytical tools to help measure and improve long/short team performance and investment process
This role will involve working closely with Compliance to ensure adherence with applicable policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
