Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the UGC special grant designated for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN);
  • Regularly update and maintain the SEN and UGC documentation, ensuring systematic and precise data management;
  • Assist in the Inclusion Ambassador Training Programme;
  • Conduct frequent meetings with SEN students to foster engagement;
  • Design, execute, and assess training sessions, workshops, and activities aimed at enhancing staff and student awareness regarding SEN;
  • Source and obtain quotes for professional services and community training initiatives;
  • Collaborate with service providers regarding training logistics and related issues;
  • Strategize, implement, and evaluate large-scale inclusive initiatives, including the IDEA campaign;
  • Oversee the maintenance of the SEN website;
  • Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned.

The selected candidate will be expected to work flexible hours and may lead local or overseas student tours as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility;
  • High self-motivation with the ability to work independently;
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in supporting SEN students, coordinating training programs, project management, or organizing large events related to SEN is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written assessment.
