We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Luxury Concierge Team Lead at The Peninsula Hong Kong.

About The Position

As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, anticipating their needs, and delivering personalized recommendations and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the concierge team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Concierge to implement and maintain Peninsula service standards within the concierge team.
  • Mentor and train team members to promote a climate of enthusiasm and encouragement.
About The Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant hotel experience in concierge. You must have an excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office and PMS systems.

  • Estimated Salary: HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
