We're seeking a highly motivated and community-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a vibrant atmosphere in our community by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with members, and ensuring a seamless member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality and Membership Engagement:
    • Manage the community bar during working hours and provide high-quality service to members and visitors.
    • Take care of members' needs at all times, enhance their experience, and personalize services to meet their requirements.
    • Support move-in and move-out processes for members and record their needs to improve services.
  • Building Operations and Management:
    • Conduct walkthroughs to address issues, escalate recurring problems to your manager, and manage building operation-related tickets.
    • Manage consumable inventory usage and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • WeWork Product Support:
    • Provide building tours for prospective members as needed and promote WeWork products or services with members.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of full-time working experience, preferably in high-end hospitality, co-working, retail, or F&B industry.
  • Must have verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in English speaking and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
  • Passion and understanding of WeWork's mission and values.
