Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supervisory Analyst to join our Global Research team in Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving research documents written by GBM analysts from a regulatory perspective. This includes ensuring that all research is compliant with HSBC policies and procedures, as well as maintaining the highest standards of quality and commerciality.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience as a Supervisory Analyst is essential, along with active Series 16 license and relevant industry certifications. Proficiency in various tech tools used by Global Research, including our proprietary publishing system, is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve research documents for compliance with HSBC policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality research standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Communicate effectively with Global Research management, product management, analysts, research compliance, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Active Series 16 license; Series 3 or 4 license preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst in the financial industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

At HSBC, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
