We are a leading content creation business that produces research to help institutional investors make informed investment decisions. Our team of experts conducts in-depth interviews with senior executives and industry specialists to gather valuable insights.

With a strong presence in Hong Kong and Japan, we are seeking a highly motivated Market Research Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with industry professionals to participate in our research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on industries and businesses in the Pan-Asia region, with a focus on the Japan market, to source and identify relevant individuals for our research projects.
  • Engage with these individuals to invite them to participate in our research, assessing their insights and ensuring their fees are within budget.
  • Built a professional network and monitor relevant markets/companies in assigned sector areas according to our content coverage strategies.
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and alternative investments.
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently interact with C-level industry experts over the phone.
  • Demonstrable skill in conducting phone-based and desktop research with a logical and focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and diligent in work approach.
  • Able to work well within a team, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, meeting assigned KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • This role is based in Hong Kong or open to remote working for those based in Japan.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Prior work experience (0-2 years) is an advantage but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

As a Market Research Associate at Third Bridge, you can expect a competitive salary of HKD 300,000 annually, with access to our bonus scheme. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
