Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our Product Operation Team at CoinEx Global.

This permanent, full-time position involves crafting compelling product experiences that align with our design principles and branding values.

• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly copy that caters to user needs, simplifying complex crypto-related concepts into accessible content.
• Work closely with design, branding, product, and R&D teams to ensure content alignment and enhance overall user experience.
• Conduct user research and A/B testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, refining content continuously using data-driven analysis.

• 1-3 years of experience in writing, preferably in both Chinese and English, with native English speaker being an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to understand requirements quickly and translate user needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, clearly conveying UX concepts and working effectively with various departments.
• Experience in UX writing and UX-related qualifications or certifications is a plus.
