The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with all relevant functions including Risk, Compliance, Execution Services, Treasury, Operations, and Technology.

The role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interface with stakeholders across the organization at multiple levels of seniority. Experience in dealing with Asian markets, exchange rules, market conventions/constraints/workflows is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enforce project governance for various initiatives, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
  2. Participate in projects cutting across all applications in execution services, research, post-trade, position management, and reference and historical data.
  3. Assist development teams in implementing their strategic architecture.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of relevant experience in Technology, Electronic Trading, Risk, and/or Compliance at an investment bank or hedge fund.
  2. Business analysis and hands-on delivery experience across the SDLC of major change projects.
  3. Able to perform in-depth analysis of large volumes of data to extract and present information.
