  • Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing ERP/CRM Systems, coordinating with departments and stakeholders to define system requirements, and working with the technical team and vendors for system implementation or enhancement.

  • This role also involves monitoring company user accounts and ensuring the secure use of company resources.
Key Responsibilities
